Speaking from experience, the term “Email Marketing” can be daunting when you’re just getting into marketing your business. In reality, it’s not that scary. Let’s break it down together and you’ll see what I mean!

First of All, What is Marketing?

We’re surrounded by marketing all the time. Between Youtube, Spotify and TikTok ads, we’re basically drowning in it. And that’s not to mention the other stuff like junk mail, emails and billboards!

Simply put, marketing is promoting your product or service.

So What is Email Marketing?

Email marketing is promoting a product or service through email, and it’s one of the most powerful marketing channels out there. ROI as high as 40x isn’t unheard of when it comes to email marketing!

Marketing emails are typically automated, and triggered on events like signup and shop actions. Most email marketing platforms are free for the first few hundred subscribers, making it incredibly easy to get into and very profitable.
